I put it into practice mostly in dealing with my son. When I wanted to reprimand or correct him, or sigh at him, or show frustration, I instead opted to show patience and caring. Results seemed okay. Also, wasn't as difficult as I was anticipating; which would be a sort of confirmation that this is real - if "like breeds like," then each time I was patient and caring would in turn make him more patient and caring toward me.
I'm trying to stay optimistic yet realistic about this whole thing. Still need to read more about it, too. But, there are definitely worse philosophies and experiments to try, right?
